Mitunda United Friendly Meeting with Crown Stars Kabutabule ended in a 2:2 draw at Mitunda Primary School Play ground.

The Friendly Match between the two occurred on 25th of August 2022 at 4 pm at the above school in Butama-Mitunda Town Council in Bundibugyo District.

Mitunda United was seen strangling after the visiting Crown Stars’  Asaba Benard Katoto put an Opener on the 8th Minute.

Then in the 35th minute the home team equalized. The goal was scored by Mujuni Geoffrey and this saw the first half ending in 1:1 draw.

After the break, the two teams showed each other for good minutes without shaking the net. But Mugume Nicholas Salongo gave a lead to Crown stars.

Meanwhile in the 79th minute Mitunda United FC Geoffrey Mutawa equalized. Geoffrey Mutawa saved his team from ‘Stubborn’ visitors who looked very serious and not willing to share the points.

Besides that, the ladies teams of the two involved clubs also showed each other law. Their game ended in a draw of 2:2 as well.

Finally fans were left unsatisfied with the draws.  But on the other hand all left the playground with a smiling face, since no team accepted to coincide with defeat.
